Kindergarten Screening
It’s that time of year again!
The Republic R-III Early Childhood Center
will be screening children for the
2012-2013 school year.
Children age 5 before 08/01/12 are eligible for screening.
Screening Dates: If you will be attending
Lyon Elementary: April 23
McCulloch Elementary: April 24
Schofield Elementary: April 25
Price Elementary: April 26
Screening Times: 9:00am - 6:30 pm

ALL screenings will be located at the elementary building in which your child will be attending.

To enroll for kindergarten you must provide:
- Birth certificate
- Up to Date Immunization records
- Proof of Residency (Real Estate contract; rental agreement; utility bill: electric, gas, water)
Please send in your Empty Printer Ink Cartridges, Box Tops, and Campbell's Soup Labels.
We use the funds raised from these items to cover student costs of field trips, activities for Family Fun nights, and for supplies needed in our classrooms.
